At Tealium we are continuously improving all aspects of our systems and partnerships. As such, we will be implementing some additional, necessary security measures as of 9 am PDT on Thursday March 31, 2022.
What does this mean for you?
As of 9am PDT on March 31st, you will need to login to the Tealium Support Portal (https://support.tealiumiq.com) via your existing email and now, with a password. As you have not been required to use a password until now, you will need to follow the reset password flow on the login page.
Rest assured all your current and previous tickets will still be accessible within the platform, as they’re tied to the email address you have been using. The only change is you will no longer be able to access the portal with your Tealium Platform user. This does not change your password to the Tealium applications, only to the Tealium support site.
