I have added internal filters for the link to block out anything 'javascript' or 'variable' related, but it is still coming through. Any thoughts? Will the Link Tracker fire if you use a utag.link or utag.view call? And if so how would that value be populating? Also, is there a way to prevent the Tag Companion and Universal Data Object windows from populating the link extension as well? They are showing up as external links. Actually, now that I think about it, that is what the "Javascript Variables599" item is. That is the Tag Companion link for the "Javascript Variables (599)". Hi all, Is there a way to get the build version number and add it to a variable or data element? What I am trying to accomplish is to have the build version (and maybe environment [Dev/Staging/Prod] as well?) available to print out in console.log when a page loads for easy debugging.
