Hello, I am using the Facebook Audiences connector in TAS based on the external id to send information to Facebook. To send external id information for every user, I am using the Facebook Pixel of Tealium IQ, which sends the external id and automatically hashes it (so if I send external id 1234, it actually sends 03ac674216f3e15c761ee1a5e255f067953623c8b388b4459e13f978d7c846f4) In the Facebook connector in TAS I am sending external id in plain text ( so in this example i am sending 1234) However, i can´t see the audience beeing populating in Facebook (it says low volume after matching) so I am wondering if I need to hash the external id before sending it in through the TAS connector or not. Usage units having Audience Stream and Event Store

Hello all, I have  two products in the same account: Audience Stream and Event Store. Both of them use the Tealium Collect Tag to get information in the platform, but i have a different number of maximun Usage units assigned for those products (Suppose i have 20 M for Audience Stream and 50 M for Event Store) Does anyone know if there is a way to separate the collect calls i need for Audience Stream of the collect calls i need for Event Store, or is that impossible? Because if it is not possible, i will have to limit my server calls to 15 M and i will not be able to spend all the 50 M server calls i have available for Event Store. Thaks and best regards! ... Hello, I´m starting and implemetation of Audience Stream but i have seen in the contract that Tealium refers to Authorized Usage Level / Usage Units. I would like to know if that is refering to the limit of server calls available in this contract (every time i upload any kind of information to AS), or anything else. Thanks and best regards! ...
