When users clicks on Yes or No button answering question "Was this article useful?" we send a SitecCatalyst custom link call . I am trying to capture URL into the prop to send it in this request. Currently this prop is mapped to the Tealium variable sc_page_url_shortcut. I added Set Data Values extension where I set sc_page_url_shortcut to variable URL on condition that article_events equals 'Rating' (see the code below). This didn't work. I still can't see this prop in the request. How to do it? We are launching a Liveperson tag across the site and there is a concern that the tag will not be loaded before the page load. I believe this has already been taken care after by Tealium as there is a LivePerson tag template available. I am trying to set a top-up event on each stage on the funnel . This is my code below. I saved the extension to Dev and tested but can see no result. Could someone have a look and tell me what can be wrong. Not sure about tagging_page var. I can see it in the UDO but it is not in the data layer in the Tealium interface. We have several Opinion Lab survey on our site deployed via Tealium. In the main profile we keep main js code. We also have a separate profile which is used solely for mapping Opinion Lab variables to Adobe SiteCatalyst. In this profile we have an Set Data Values extension (scoped to SiteCat only) where we map Tealium variables to Opinion Lab code snippets, e.g. oo_ccid(js) equal to JS: OnlineOpinion.Get("ccid") - card ID number oo_var1(js) equal to JS: OnlineOpinion.Get("answer1") oo_var2(js) equal to JS: OnlineOpinion.Get("answer2") oo_var3(js) equal to JS: OnlineOpinion.Get("answer3") etc The problem is that when OpinionLab users create new surveys where they use questions in the different order the data gets mapped incorrectly in the SiteCat. I tried to create one more Set Data Values extension where I set a condition oo_ccid(js) equals cardID, e.g. 11111 and mapped (e.g. question 1 now goes third) oo_var1(js) equal to JS: OnlineOpinion.Get("answer3") to keep the existing mapping to SiteCat in the tag working (e.g. oo_var1(js) to eVar1). When I tested this extension it didn't have any effect. The mapping remained broken. I believe this can be done in Tealium. Could you please point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance. ...
