Our default SC tag goes to our 1st party Omniture servers. We are trying to clone the data to a 2nd instance routing to a cloud server of our own. On the default page load tags, each tag is going to the correct domain - it seems to work at that point. But whenever a View or Link event fires in the page, it looks like our default SC tag's 1st party domains are getting overwritten with the trackingServer and trackingServerSecure assignment (via mapping in the 2nd tag) and both tag copies are being sent to the overwritten Server names. each tag has it's own 's' object name our second tag actually uses the domain for the environemtn we're in, dev, stage, etc. Q) Is there an optoin to alter the 2nd, Cloud SC tag template, and hardcode 'domain' to the trackingServer/trackingServerSecure? Are their two distinct copies of the SC template? thanks

Son Thanks for confirming - we'll explore a Set Data Value extension (not JS). Yes, dev and prod would almost always be the same. Our mobile property - under a separate Tealium profile - is a web site, and I think we'd use the same approach to send data to dev or prod there too. thanks

Thanks Jared. Our SC tag sets Clear Vars to No. But, I still don't see the values in the s_t. Object- even after Refresh (in Chrome). For example, our tag debugger shows these two prop33=box1 prop34=box1-509723 While the Watch Expressions show empty strings - after multiple clicks on refresh s_t.prop34: "" s_t.prop33: ""

I see a couple Community posts requesting export options. Q) Is CSV exports an active update on the UI roadmap? Can I get some clarification on the impact of bundling and the sending of any bundled tags? It appears that the actual HTTP requests for a tag asset to the vendor still waits for DOMContentLoaded for bundled tags. Is this correct? The Order of Operation paper mentions in step 5 that bundled vendor tags are "loaded". But, do bundled tags still wait for step 7 and "the Send Function" If I understand correctly, bundled allows for execution of tag prep/logic sooner? If bundling is turned on, are all tags qualified by load rules, bundled? thanks (from Order of Operation white paper . . .) The utag.js operations ï¬ ow in a very speciï¬ c order and understanding that order can prevent errors in your implementation. 1. Thanks; I've always read that clientside timestamps ought to be avoided due to inaccurate clocks, but, haven't been able to find real world incidence of how many are not correct. A utag.timestamp value returned on every page load would be great though .

Some tag vendors want a visit or session-start timestamp. Since JS times are OS dependent, and inconsistent at best and unreliable at worst, is there a way Tealium clients can access a time value from Tealium servers, format that ourselves, and provide to a vendor? GMT/UTC would be fine. :-D

Caught sight of this question. Clint, when I download the Distro.zip from the versions tab, I only see what looks like our template IDs of 20-24, plus utag.js, utag.sub.js and utag.footer.js I don't think we're using utag.footer.js, but was wondering why the other dozen or so code-files per our template IDs aren't present? Seeing if there's value or need to use this to grab the code libraries from Tealium to our source repository too. thanks

Jared Thanks. I think we missed this step - it's a long story from last fall. Our s_code template seems to have no plugin section currently. Hi Jim Yes - we inspect the UDO from the Data tab tool also. But, I was thinking more along the lines of which specific values were passed for each of the individual vendors. So, say for the MediaMath tag, sent "OK", . . . we could then expand that and see which parms and values were sent for it e.g. mt_id:330241 mt_adid:114725 v1: v2: v3:206994 v5:129.00 s1:1389206601796^A0A7AF82200001DEE52CC80CAl0C37 s2:false^0^0^5^9999^99^CORE s3: s5:quickview s7:Hunting & Fishing:Hunting Footwear s9:Hunting & Fishing . . . without having to move away from the page to a console or Network browser debugger tab, then filtering for tag names, etc. I think this would really speed up tag validation - for initial setup and for QA.

The ability to look at the Web Companion and see quickly the vendor tags that were sent from the page is nice. Our QA team has to rely on the browser Net panels however, to validate the tag's parm values for each vendor. It seems if the web companion could display the tag parms sent - in addition to just the name of the tag and the Status column, that would help streamline QA and make the tool more valuable for us. Allowing visibility to the tag parm values from the Web Companion would also help validation in Internet Explorer versions that lack a usable console/traffic inspector. Any plans to extend the Companion like this? Thanks
