The Tealium Status page is available here:
The Status page is organized into service areas of the Tealium product. Each service area has components that are tracked individually. For example, the "Tealium iQ - User Interface" is a service area comprising the following components: Login and Access, Publish, and User Management. If one of these components has an issue its status will change, as will its service area.
When issues arise the status page will update automatically as our team acknowledges, investigates, identifies, and resolves the issue.
You can subscribe to status updates using one of the following methods:
To subscribe click Subscribe at the top of the page. From there follow instructions for your chosen method of subscription:
To subscribe to email notifications, click Email at the top of the subscription window. Enter your email address and click Subscribe. A confirmation email will be sent to your address where you must click a link to confirm your subscriptions.
The confirmation email link expires in 15 minutes.
When you confirm your subscription you can select which components to be notified about.
After your subscribe to the email notifications you can manage your subscription to either unsubscribe or change which components to get notified about.
To manage your email subscription:
From this page you can update your subscription by checking the components you want to be notified about and clicking Save Subscription. Or you can unsubscribe by clicking Unsubscribe near the bottom of the page.
Status updates can be sent to a webhook. Each status update will POST a JSON payload to the URL specified in the webhook.
To subscribe by webhook click Webhook at the top of the subscribtion window. Enter the URL where your system can received JSON payloads via POST and enter your email address so you can manage your subscription later. A confirmation email will be sent to your address where you must click a link to confirm your subscription.
Status updates can consumed via an RSS feed. To subscribe by RSS click RSS at the top of the subscribtion window then click RSS Feed to view the RSS URL. This URL can be used in your favorite RSS reader or application that knows how to consume an RSS feed.
The history of incidents can be found on the status history page. To see the status history, click History at the bottom of the page. From the history, return to the live status page by clicking Back to current status at the top of the page or Status at the bottom of the page. The status of past issues are only available for 24 hours.
